Print and Cut!
You can take the file on a USB drive
to any print shop such as Staples, Office Depot, Walmart, Vistaprint etc.
FOR MOUNTING
Use foam board as backing, use an adhesive spray to glue it to the foam board, use a kinife to cut the white area.
You can even print it on a foam board at the Staples store
